A copper alloy Roman coin; a radiate with traces of silvering of Probus dating from AD 276 - 282 (Reece Period 14). The reverse type is not clear but is probably two people standing, perhaps CLEMENTIA AVG depicting Probus recieving globe from Jupiter. Compare Sear Volume III, number 11960 on page 471. Mint unknown. The coin is chipped and the surface is corroded. It is 21.7mm diameter, 2mm thick and 2.07g.
