It is the IOVI CRESCENTI reverse type. Obverse:  Radiate, draped, and cuirassed bust right, the inscription reads VALERIANVS CAES. Prototype struck at Mint in Gaul. Cunetio p. 105, cf. no. 738 for possible type. This is a tentative identification. Obverse legend is illegible. Obverse shows an unclear bust right. Die axis is 6 o'clock. Weight is 1.4g, diameter is 19.8mm, thickness is 0.9mm. Only a very small fragment of silver plate remains on the reverse surface, this measures c. 1.9mm x 3.1mm.
