A copper alloy Roman coin; probably a sestertius of an unknown emperor (23 BC to AD 269). The coin is almost completely illegible, with a standing figure on the reverse and bust with a long neck on the obverse. It weighs 12.66g, which is slightly light for a sestertius (usually 28-15g), however this example is very worn and degraded. The diameter of 30.3mm makes it the right size for a sestertius.
