Traces of a bust right are visible of the obverse, and on the reverse is a standing figure facing left holding a ?standard, spear or sceptre. The legends are illegible. The coin is 22.1mm diameter, 3.5mm thick and 4.4g. The edge of the coin is crumbling, but it has a smooth light yellow green patina.

Unclear reverse type depiciting a standing figure left(?), S-[C] in the field. Probably mint of Rome. The coin appears to have been deliberately cut in half, a large notch to one edge of the flan perhaps indiciating more than one attempt was made to cut the coin.
