A fragment of a hammered silver denarius of Marcus Aurlius, dating AD 172-174. There is also a small fragment.
The obverse of the coin is heavily worn and not visible.
Reverse inscription: RELIG AVG
The reverse of the coin depicts Mercury standing, wearing a petasus and a short cloak. The right hand is extended, and the head if towards the left. The other side of figure is not visible.. This places the coin as one of four: RIC III Marcus Auralias 308, 309, 298 or 258A in the OCRE database, dating the coin during the 17th or 18th time as tribune. The coin was minted in…

An extremely worn copper alloy Roman sestertius coin from the reign of Marcus Aurelius (AD 161-180). It seems to have a CONG AVG III TR POT XX IMP III COS III SC reverse type, depicting Marcus Aurelius and Lucius Verus seated left on a platform, before them an official distributing dole to a man who stands in front of the steps of the platform. This would date the coin to AD 165-166 (Reece Period 8). See RIC III 914-915 and variations thereof.

A worn and pierced copper-alloy Roman sestertius of Antonine or Severan date, possibly of Marcus Aurelius (AD 161-180), although perhaps Septimius Severus (AD 193-211), dating to the period c.AD 161-211. Unclear reverse type possibly depicting a standing figure? Probably mint of Rome. The coin has been pierced, with a circular hole close to the edge of the flan above the bust when viewed from the obverse.
