Charles II Scottish Turner (or Bodle) 1663 - 1668 (Two pence)
The obverse bears a crown above 'CR II' (for Carolus Rex II [King Charles II]). The Latin inscription CAR.D.G.SCOT.ANG.FRA.ET.HIB.R translates as: 'Charles, by the Grace of God, King of Scots, England, France and Ireland '
The reverse has a thistle in the centre The inscription NEMO.ME.IMPVNE.LACESSET translates as: 'No one shall hurt me with impunity'.
