Base metal plated silver coated forgery of a Scots twenty shillings, probably of Charles II (1649-1685) from the legend though the style of coin and facing direction of bust are as for Charles I. The obverse side is very worn with no letters visable, some sharp details of the clothing, and only the outline of the face and hair is visible. The reverse is damged with mulitple areas of flaking around the edges and on the interior area.
