A copper alloy Roman sestertius of Julia Mamaea, 222-235 AD. The coin has been shaped around the edges to form a rectangle with the bust being central to it.  The inscription has been lost around the left side of the bust and the measurement of the diameter is therefore incomplete. The patination suggests that this was carried out in antiquity.
