An incomplete silver denarius, possibly of Julia Maesa and dating to AD 218-222 (Reece Period 10), possibly SAECVLI FELICITAS, Felicitas standing left at altar. Mint of Rome. RIC IV, pt 2, p. 50, cf. nos. 271-3. This coin has suffered extensive damage to its circumference, with the result that the edges are now extremely irregular. The original description suggested it might also be a coin of Julia Soaemias, but Julia Maesa seems more likely.
