A complete struck/ hammered silver denarius of Marcus Aurelius, minted in Rome, between AD 140 - 144 (diameter: 17.5mm; thickness: 2mm; weight: 2.6g). The coin is in a slightly worn but fair condition. ref: Mattingly, H & Sydenham, E, A, 1930, 'The Roman Imperial Coinage Vol III: Antoninus Pius to Commodus', page 79, ref no 424b & plate IV, ref no 75.
