A copper alloy as of Marcus Aurelius as Caesar (AD 139-161), dating to the period AD 140 - 144 (Reece Period 7), PIETAS AVG S C reverse type depicting Sacrificial Implements. Mint of Rome. The appearance and light weight of the coin might suggest it is a Limesfalsum cast copy.
