171-172AD Marcus Aurelius Dupondius. Length 30mm, Width 28mm, Thickness 4mm, Diameter 30mm, Weight 18.8g. Copper alloy, hammered or struck, rather square shaped, very worn coin. Obverse: Possible radiate and cuirassed bust, legend mostly illegible except for the tribunican power '*****TP.P.XXVI' Reverse: Extremely worn with possible standing or seated figure. The coin exhibits a green patina with slight surface damage but in very worn condition.
