A copper-alloy Roman dupondius of Marcus Aurelius as Caesar (AD 139-61), dating to the period AD 154-155 (Reece period 7). TR POT VIIII COS II S C reverse type depicting Minerva standing left holding owl and spear. Mint of Rome. Cf. RIC III, p. 184, no. 1317. This is a coin of British Association as noted by D. Walker at the Sacred Spring in Bath, Walker, 1988: pp. 295, 298, nos. 374.
