This is probably a 'Coin of British Association' as listed by D. Walker in his report on the Sacred Springs at Bath (Walker, 1988: pp. 295, 299, nos. 382-435, pl. XXXVIII). It is 23.9mm in diameter and 3.2mm thick. it weighs 10.21g.
