A post medieval pierced silver Swedish coin; a 4 Öre of Karl XI (Charles XI), (1660-1697), dated 1668. The coin is bent out of shape, with a piece missing form the edge, and is pierced at 3o'clock on the obverse from the front, with the metal displaced to the reverse. Mint of Stockholm. A Post Medieval Danish coin, a silver two skilling coin, of Christian VII (AD 1749 - 1808) dated 1781. Mint of Altona. The coin is slightly bent and has copper alloy corrosion on the reverse. It is 17.26mm diameter, 0.6mm thick and 0.9g. Krause, Standard Catalogue of World Coins 1701 - 1800, page 165, KM# 631.2.

A Post Medieval silver foreign coin; a Norwegian two Skilling dating from 1764 and minted at Kongsberg. See Krause's Standard Catalogue of World Coins 1701 - 1800 (published 2010), number KM237a on page 1144. The coin is similar to Danish coins because Norway was a Danish possession until 1814.
