A silver threepence of Elizabeth I (1558-1603), Third and Fourth issue (1561-1577), mintmark coronet (1567-1570) dated to 1568 on the reverse with a small flan and an inner circle with a diameter of 14mm. The obverse has a crowned taller bust facing left with a rose behind the head and the ear showing in front of the hair. Spink (2008) describes this issue on page 350, no.2566 (not illustrated).
