Copper alloy coin weight, square. The obverse bears the hand of Antwerp (upright) with a "9"(?) to the left of the hand and a "0" to the right (for 1590), and an "H" below the 9 on the left. The H will be the maker's initial - presumably there should be another to the right of the hand, although this cannot be seen. P&BR Withers (1995) list two Antwerp coin weight makers with the first initial H - Hans Foncq., 1577-1603 and HW, an unknown 16th century maker.
