Probably an early post-medieval silver hammered groat of Philip and Mary I dating from 1554-58. The inscription would fit the issue, but the mint mark on the obverse looks very much like a pomegranate and not like a lis or halved rose and castle. This Philip & Mary I issue should have a lis mintmark (which it seems to have on the reverse, however).
