Copper alloy coin fragment. A small module nummus of an indeterminate later Roman ruler, probably issue of c.330-410. The flan is now pelta-shaped, with an old crescentic break which may suggest this was part of a group of coins attached to each other, as with a hoard, but probably scattered in antiquity as corrosion products now cover the broken edge. Obverse description: Bust diademed right. Reverse description: Indeterminate. Diameter: 16.5mm, Weight: 1.04gms
