A clipped silver penny of Henry V dating to the period AD 1413 - 1422. Long cross reverse. Mint of Durham. North Vol 2, p.71, no.1407. The obverse design is a central forward-facing bust with a trifoliate crown with a mullet to the left of the crown and a broken annulet to the right. The surface is very worn and the edges have been clipped. The reverse is a long cross with three pellets clustered in each corner, one with an annulet, within a beaded circle. The diameter of the coin is 15.15mm and the thickness of the coin is 0.88mm. The weight of the coin is 0.73g.
