A hammered silver groat of Henry V (AD 1413-1422), Class B 'scowling bust' type with ordinary lettering, minted in London. The initial mark is a cross pattee and both the obverse and reverse legends are divided with double saltire stops. There is a mullet on the right breast of the king, but no quatrefoil after HENRIC; there is a quatrefoil on the reverse after POSVI, indicating that this is probably a North classification number 1386/1.
