A silver medieval coin; a penny of Henry V (AD 1413 - AD 1422), Type C, minted in York, issued between AD 1413-1422. See North Volume 2 (1991), number 1400 on page 71. The coin is clipped and part of the edge is missing. It could also be a Class D (North 1401). It is 16.2mm diameter, 0.9mm thick and 0.83g. The coin is very similar in style to WMID-A2F640.
