The coin has been clipped around the majority of its circumference almost down to the inner circle and has been crudely pierced from the reverse through the RACI quarter (at 3 o'clock on the obverse).

North N.1401 Obverse Description: Crowned bust facing within a beaded circle, a mullet to the left and a full annulet to the right of crown. Obverse Inscription: [+hENRIC REX] ANG [LIE FRAN] Reverse Description: Long cross, dividing a beaded circle; the cross has a quatrefoil centre and a pellet within. Pellet trefoil within each angle. Reverse Inscription: CIVI/TAS [/EBO/RACI] Dimensions: 16.03mm diameter, 0.99mm thick and it weighs: 0.90 grams. Mint: York.
