Obverse depicts a crowned bust facing with a mullet to the left of the crown and a lis to the right of the crown. Reverse depicts a long cross with three pellets in each quarter and a quatrefoil with a central pellet in the centre and an annulet in one quarter. Mint of York North 1404 (North, JJ, 1991, English Hammered Coinage Volume 2, Spink & Son, London p 71, no 1404).
