Obverse description: King standing, facing, in a ship, holding sword and shield, flag at stern of ship; quatrefoil over sail, saltire stops.

Reverse description: Royal florated cross, lis at ends, trefoils; in each angle lion passant, guardant, with crowns above; all within eight arch tressure; double saltire stops.
