The coin appears to be a die duplicate of two coins- see KENT-3CB7A7 and one recorded by EMC from near Wye, Kent (EMC 1996.0153).

c. 794-796AD. Aethelheard (793-805AD) Archbishop of Canterbury with Offa as overlord. Hammered silver, broad penny. Length 19.8mm, Width 19.6mm, Thickness 1.0mm, Diameter 19.8mm, Weight 1.43g. Second issue with Offa as overlord. Obverse: Aethelheard Arcepi in three lines. Inscription: AEDILHEARD ARCEPI Reverse: Offa Rex in and between two lunettes with M above. Inscription: OFFA REX M.
