Obv: CAROLVS II DEI GRA; laureate and draped bust right.
Rev: MAG BRI FRA ET HIB REX; cruciform shields, crowned interlinked C's in angles.
The object has been pierced at the top of the bust so that the king's portrait is upright, so this was presumably meant to be the side on view. The hole has been drilled. The coin is somewhat worn, however, and it looks as though it had seen a degree of circulation before its conversion into a pendant. It is 16.33 mm DIA x 0.67 mm TH and weighs 0.62 g.
