Small group of eight late Roman nummi, all very worn.Judging by the size, condition, and colouration all (or nearly all) of them are from the later part of the empire, quite typical for nummi found in Britain - the Houses of Valentinian and Theodosius, thus probably dating from the 360s - 390s. The central coin on the photograph looks to be a votis reverse: large round wreath, within which the votis inscription would have been written.
