Probably a depiction of Mars. The coin is badly corrdoded and damaged. The National Finds Adviser would need to see the coin to attempt further identification.

A silver Roman half-siliqua, anonymous issue, of the House of Theodosius, possibly dating to the period c.AD 392-393 (Reece Period 21). Reverse: X V within a wreath. As Bendall, 2003: no. 3.
In a note on these anonymous 4th century half-siliquae, Roger Bland notes that the vota reverse may be significant in terms of the dating of these issues, potentially linking it to the 15th anniversay of Valentinian II (388-389 AD) or the 15th anniversary of Theodosius II (392-393 AD).
