Trier mint. See LRBC number 37 on page 4, and Sear, volume 4, page 509, number 16545. The coin is damaged, with a large edge chip between 4 o'clock and 8 o'clock on the obverse. It is 17.7mm in diameter and 1.5mm thick. It weighs 1.8gm.
