A heavily clipped siliqua of uncertain issue, VOT V MVLT X within wreath on reverse, minted in Milan (MDPS) dating 383-402. This could be an issue of Arcadius (Reece period 20), dating 383-387, as RIC 9, p79, no 13; Flavius Victor (Reece period 21), dating 388-393, as RIC 9, p82, no 5; or Honorius (Reece period 21), dating 395-402, as RIC 10, p321, no 1226 (or no 1225 of Arcadius muled with a reverse of Honorius). On the basis of probability, Honorius is the most likely issuer.
