Probably [VIRTVS ROMANORVM] reverse type depicting Victory seated left on a cuirass holding Victory on a globe and reversed spear. Possibly mint of Milan, Cf Hoxne no.745. There is a partial incription to the left of the spear, possibly part of [VIRTVS ROM]ANO [RVM]. This would suggest the coin is of a type RIC IX, 106d: RSC 14b possibly from the Trier mint.
