A copper-alloy Roman nummus of Constantine I (AD 306-337), possibly dating to the period c.AD 326-327 (Reece period 16). PROVIDENTIAE AVGG reverse type depicting a campgate with two turrents, a star above, no doors. Possibly mint of Constantinople. cf. RIC VII, p. 571, no. 7. This description is reconstructed from numismatic data included in the original record. The Finds Advisor would need to see an image of the coin, or the coin itself, to confirm the identification.
