A post medieval gilt copper alloy dress pin, dating from AD1500 to 1600. It has a spherical head and a long tapering shaft with a pointed end. The pin shaft is bent about two thirds of the way along. The head is divided into two hemispheres by a filigree median band. In the upper hemisphere are three filigree circles (one is slightly worn). Inside each circle is a filigree trefoil knot with a small pellet, and a further pellet in between each circle, although one of these is missing. At the top of the head is a larger knop. A fragment of Post-Medieval copper alloy buckle, dating to AD1720-1790. Upper or lower edge of a curved cast frame with a separate steel spindle which is now lost, although the hole remains. The frame has an interwoven twisted rope decoration which widens at intervals to encompass a lozenge within. The reverse is undecorated. Length: 40.5mm; width: 10mm; weight: 5g. A similar example on the PAS database includes WILT-98D347.

The object is discoid in shape with flat surfaces and a subcircular central perforation.The cast lines, forming triangles, decorating the upper surface on one face are arranged to form a sextofoil circumscribed by two circles, around the central perforation. A Post Medieval copper alloy strap fitting dating to c. AD 1500-1600. The fitting is consists of a flat plate that is in the form of a scallop shell with bifurcated terminal at one end. On the front face are eight grooves that radiate from the terminal to the outer edge of the shell to give it its scallop-shaped form. The back face is flat and has two integrally cast lugs that are cylindrical in form and taper to rounded points. A complete Medieval gold inscribed annular brooch, dating to c. AD 1150-1350. The brooch has a slightly sub-circular frame, with a lozengiform cross-section. The frame is bevelled on either side, giving four surfaces, each inscribed with part of a Christian devotional prayer. The letters are inscribed in Lombardic text, with the use of cross potent to divide some of the text. Each part of the inscription reads clockwise from the pin constriction. A fragment of a Roman copper alloy finger ring, probably dating to c. AD 150-350. Guiraud Type 3d. The fragment is comprised of the bezel and the remains of shoulders of the ring, part of one shoulder and the hoop are lost to old breaks. The bezel is oval in plan, with a recessed, oval cell, which may once have held a glass or gem intaglio. The bezel is flanked by the shoulders, both of which have a slight flanged transverse ridge set either side of the bezel.
