A complete copper-alloy contemporary copy of a gold Iron Age stater of British North Eastern (Corieltavi) inscribed type dating to the period c.AD 15-47. Either Vepo type, dating to c.AD 15-40, Esprasu type, dating to c.AD 40-47, or Aunt Cost type, dating to c.AD 15-40. Wreath crossed by bar with crescent at each end, and a ring of pellets in each crescent, on the obverse. Unclear reverse, probably a lunate horse left. An incomplete cast copper alloy lock-pin of Roman date, c.AD 43 - 410. The lock is formed from a large bowl shaped knop with sides which flare outwards. The upper surface of the bowl is concave with conical pellet projecting centrally, surrounded by a circumferential ridge. From the base of the bowl the shaft is lost to a worn break and the area immediately surrounding the missing shaft is encrusted with corrosion product. An incomplete copper-alloy mirror case of Medieval date, c.AD 1150 - 1450. The case comprises two circular discs with raised edges. The base disc has two pierced lugs projecting from one edge and a single pierced lug on the opposite edge. Part of one raised edge has been lost to a worn break and a thin crack runs through the opposite edge and partway across the surface. The upper disc, the lid, is separate from the base and is fragmentary, with a worn irregular break halfway across its surface.
