The fabric is cream and grey, and abundant fine inclusions are present throughout the fragments. A pale green glaze is present on both fragments. One fragment is 31.7mm in length, 30.6mm in width, 6.4mm in thickness, and weighs 7.0g. The other fragment is 19.2mm in length, 18.2mm in width, 7.1mm thick, and weighs 3.4g. Fragment of gilded copper-alloy object, probably a jewelled disc brooch, reconstructable to a minimum of 43mm diameter. The fragment is lunate or crescent-shaped, and represents just under half of the brooch.
