A near complete cast copper-alloy buckle plate of Medieval date. The plate is triangular, flat and bent out of shape across the mid-point. At one end are two sub-rectangular tabs with a recess between for a pin.  The upper edges of the tabs are broken but curve slightly. At the opposite end of the plate is a tip with a missing point. The sides of the plate are straight. One is damaged. The faces of the plate are flat and undecorated. The patina across the object, including the breaks, is mid green in colour. An incomplete pin from a Medieval buckle. The pin is oval in cross-section with a cross moulding at the broken attachment end. The break is old and worn. The stem is slepped and tapers gradually to a worn point. The patina is light brown in colour. The pin measures 38.2mm long, 11.5mm wide at the cross mouldings, a maximum of 4.5mm wide at the stem, 4mm thick and weighs 4.52 grams.

A Medieval cast copper-alloy buckle dating c. AD 1200-1400. The buckle comprises the looped frame and broken plate. The loop is D-shape with a thickened bevelled outer edge and narrowed pin bar. Attached to the pin bar is a flat rectangular plate made from a single piece of copper-alloy folded at one end in two folds to make two parallel plates. The reverse is otherwise flat.  Attached to the pin bar is a short pin comprising a single piece of rectangular sheet pointed at one end and looped at the other. The surface patina of the frame and pin is mottle dark brown and dark green in colour. The buckle measures 35.2mm diameter and 5.8mm thick. It weighs 11.4 grams.

The plate is sub-rectangular with tapering long edges, rounded corners and an uneven squared edge at the non-pin end. At the opposite end is a surviving frame recess and the remains of one half of a rectangular fold. An incomplete cast copper-alloy Post Medieval rectangular shoe buckle dating c. AD 1690-1720. The frame is broadly rectangular in cross-section with a widened outer edge decorated with three serrations. On the reverse of the adjacent arm is an enlarged spindle moulding with a circular perforation through it. The two breaks are transverse and worn. The patina is mottled dark green with areas of light green lamination. The buckle measures 25mm in length, 28.3mm in width, 4.3mm maximum thickness and weighs 3.91 grams.

There is a drilled hole each side of the frame to accommodate the circular-sectioned iron spindle, short portions of which remain in the holes. The upper surface of the frame is decorated with multiple moulded transverse grooves. The underside of the frame is plain.
