An incomplete sub-rectangular strip of flat sheet Bronze Age gold (c. 2200 – 800 BC). The strip is slightly crumpled; it was originally folded up and has since been straightened out by the finder while cleaning. One end is complete, the other has been cut or broken off. The reverse is undecorated. The front is decorated with twenty horizontal ridges. The lines are all parallel to each other, possibly made with a comb or similar tool. Four copper alloy rings, sub-circular in section, hollow cast, undecorated. The rings are similar in diameter and thickness, whilst the weights vary. The surfaces of the rings are a smooth dark green patina with patches of corrosion and there is no visible casting seam. Each of the rings appear to have a flattened section of similar length along one edge. It is suggested that these types of rings could be Bronze Age horse harness fittings or used as suspension for vessels.  A cast copper alloy low-flanged palstave of the developed shield type, of Bronze Age date (c. 1400-1100 BC).  The palstave has a narrow butt which flares very slightly to the stop ridge. An incomplete gold and copper alloy Late Bronze Age penannular ring, dating to c. 1300 – 800 cal BC. The ring is oval in section and the outer edges are slightly flattened. At the ends, the gold plating is damaged revealing the copper alloy core. One end appears to have been flattened over again to conceal the copper alloy. An incomplete strip of decorated gold ribbon, dating to the Bronze Age (2350 - 800 BC). The ribbon is rectangular in plan but has become bent in some areas probably due to post depositional damage. One edge of the ribbon has slightly rounded corners and does not appear to be broken unlike the opposite edge which appears to have been cut, resulting in one of the corners protruding jaggedly from the diagonal cut. An incomplete cast copper alloy (bronze) palstave axe with side loop and three decorative ribs. It is most probably from the period 1050-950 BC which fits with Wilburton and Penard assemblages of the later Middle and earlier Late Bronze Age; this corresponds with Needham (1996) Period 5-6 fitting with Metalworking Assemblage X. A flint primary flake probably of middle/late Bronze Age date (c. 1600 - c. 800 BC). Flint, pale grey, opaque, dorsal face covered by pale brown cortex. Broadly triangular in plan with convex edges and curved corners; rectangular to lozenge-shaped in cross-section.
