A fragment of an Early Medieval copper-alloy cruciform brooch dating to circa AD 475-550. The extant piece consists of a side knop which would have been attached to the headplate of the brooch.. It is dumbbell shaped in plan and plano-convex in section, with a flat reverse. The front face consists of two lobes joined by a constricted mid-setion. A complete Medieval copper-alloy Medieval buckle dating to circa AD 1250-1350. It is a comprised of a single rectangular looped frame. The frame is rectangular sectioned. The outer edge carries a separately made copper alloy roller in which the externally made pin rests. The pin is wrapped around the bar and tapers into a point. It is rectangular sectioned. The buckle is consistent with Meols Type 12 (Griffiths, Philpott and Egan 2006). Length: 16.5mm; Width: 17.4mm; Thickness: 5.3mm; Weight: 3.88g.

A probable Medieval copper-alloy harness pendant dating to circa AD 1200-1400. Plano-convex in section, the piece consists of five - broadly tear-shaped - lobes representing petals arranged in a 2-2-1 formation. At the apex is a transverse projecting collar set below a D-shaped suspension lug. The reverse is plain. The front face retains significant traces of gilding. It has a brown-green patina.  No precise parallel can be found on the database. An incomplete Medieval copper-alloy spacer from a composite strap end datomg to circa AD 1270-1500. Rectangular-sectioned, the spacer is forked with two pointed prongs emerging from an openwork oval plate which terminatesl in an acordn shaped knop. Only one fork now survives.
