Cast copper alloy fragment of a cauldron leg, sub-rectangular in plan and profile, and triangular in section. There are five longitudinal parrallel ribs, defined by four grooves, running the length of the leg from the flared triangular upper face that would have been attached to the body of the cauldron. The opposite end of the leg is broken above any collar or where the leg expanded into a foot, which would probably have been a claw shape with five claws. A fragment of the rim and part of the body of a large cast copper alloy cauldron. The upper edge of the rim is flat and at an oblique angle to the interior of the piece and the rim itself everts outwards at about 45 degrees from the body of the vessel. The body of the exterior angles inwards at the broken edge creating a wide vertical band leading to the rim which might have been a flattened rib or the area to fit the handle brace, which has broken away from the body of the vessel.
