A sherd of 'Trevisker Ware' or Grooved Ware pottery dating from the Neolithic - Middle Bronze Age (c.1600-1200 BC). The sherd is sub-rectangular in form and has been broken into two pieces. The fabric is gabbroic (clay that weathers over the gabbro stone on the Lizard) with inclusions of pale feldspar, dark augite and mica. A Medieval handle-sherd, it is a strap handle of a jug or cistern, probably dating from AD 1100 - 1500. The fabric is fairly soft, has a fine texture, and is mid red-brown throughout. There are frequent, well-dispersed quartz inclusions. The handle is D-shaped in cross-section, with the inner face curved and the outer face fluted.  Measurements: length 40.38mm, width 57.20mm, thickness 22.4mm, weight 54 grams. It is similar to database entry SWYOR-1AABB4.

Probable post-Medieval body-sherd, with a green glaze. Grey reduced fabric with a pale green internal glaze. There is with a slight raised ridge and concave surface on either side when viewed on its profile. It may perhaps even be late-Medieval in date, but an earlier post-Medieval date seems fitting. A complete hammer stone of prehistoric date (likely Mesolithic to Bronze Age c.8300-800 BC). The object is a sub-rounded shaped pebble of heavily patinated grey coloured stone, probably granitic in nature. There two worked grooves or cups opposite to each other, possibly to assist grip when used. There are two patches of potential burning, and one of these patches sits next to a patch of potential iron staining. Measurements: Diameter, 98.22mm. Weight: 1227g. It is similar to database entry CORN-28A5F4.

An incomplete cast copper alloy brooch/badge, probably possibly post-Medieval, and rectangular in shape. It features a raised platform in the centre, surrounded by a 'V' shaped leaf pattern and notches along the outer edge. On its face, there appears to be a picture of an acorn-wearing figure similar to the now out-of-use Girlguiding badge emblems. On the reverse, there is the loop of a pin and the hook. A monochrome blue wound glass bead of any undefined era. Similar glass beads have been produced since the early Iron Age to post medieaval periods.  The bead displays signs of wear on the sides suggesting it was worn with other beads or similar on cordage as the central perferation is worn on two sides. An opaque light blue glass bead of unknown date, Iron Age to modern, 400 BC - AD 1900. A small light blue wound circular glass bead with a central perforation. The glass contains small bubbles consistant with handmade wound glass beads. The bead was formed on an iron mandrel over a small furnace or similar, by melting glass until flowed onto a rotated rod to form a disc.
