A silver incomplete threepence of Elizabeth I (1558-1603), Third and Fourth issue (1561-1577), mintmark castle (1569-1571) dated to 1570 on the reverse with a small flan and an inner circle with a diameter of 14 mm. The obverse has a crowned taller bust facing left with a rose behind the head. Spink (2008) describes this issue on page 239, no.2566 (not illustrated).
