Late medieval copper alloy weight, 1400-1500. Thickness: 4 mm, diameter: 18 mm, weight: 5.58 g The weight is circular in form and rectangular in cross section. It has a raised upper border and is stamped with a crown and a possible second symbol on either side of a central circular recess. Biggs (p.48) notes 15th century weights which were just stamped with a crown and also comments that they are similiar to coin weights which are also stamped with a lis, used to weigh nobles and dating to the 1420s.

Post medieval copper alloy trade weight, probably dating to 1750-18500. The object is circular in form and rectangular in cross section with a raised border. It has no obvious control marks, but the ridge in border suggests it is of the type which are stamped with a crowned GR, which Biggs dated to 1750-1850, (see p.55 'English Weights an Illustrated Survey'). Thickness: 8.0 mm, diameter: 40 mm, weight: 48.38 g.

Its convex section has holes suggesting it is metalworking waste, whilst the conical section could be an object fragment with suggestion of a rim? The object makes up part of an interesting pscatter of Prehistoric and Roman objects so may be of some value.
