Cast copper alloy fragment of a sword belt fitting dating from the 16-17th centuries. This would have been one of 3 pieces hanging from the main fitting. It is foliate in design and has broken before the end. The end that is missing would have been a hook to attach it to the main fitting. There is a small circular perforation at the un-broken end in which the remains of an iton rivet sit. A similar mount is illustrated in Brian Read (page no. 39, No. 373)

An incomplete cast copper-alloy cup-headed stud inlaid with green enamel. Sally Worrell has comented that such studs are late Iron Age or Early Roman, usually with either a blue or red enamel (see FAKL-FCD5C7). This example has a green enamel with no traces of blue or red. Clipped, probably third issue 1637 - 1642; Diameter, 15.54mm; Thickness, 0.33mm; weight 0.4g.
