A hoard of 50 silver pennies and 23 silver half-pennies. Short cross coinage (1180-1247) 2017 T541 Netherwitton, North Northumberland I have examined a group of 73 coins reported found at Netherwitton, North Northumberland. The majority (63) are English silver pennies of the Short Cross type, with the obverse inscription of HENRICUS REX, i.e. King Henry, and a reverse inscription naming the moneyer and mint-place. Revesby, Lincolnshire A hoard of c. 70 Roman bronze coins. Initial identification suggests a deposition date after the mid-fourth century. The coins (Eleanor Ghey) A total of 67 coins and 2 unidentified metallic fragments were submitted for examination as potential Treasure.
