A silver penny of David I, 1124-1153, probably Phase D with blunded legends, looks to be trying to copy the moneyer Folpolt at Berwick or possibly Willem. This is a variety that has no pellets in the angles, which is a known type of David son Earl Henry.

A flat silver ring. The age and function are unknown. The finder wondered if the object may be made from a coin, specifically an Elizabeth I Groat, Spink number 2551. Carl Savage, however, commented that the outer edge of the object did not look like the edge of a coin. The age and function remain unknown,
