An incomplete Roman copper alloy Hod Hill brooch, of the bottom section of the bow and catchplate. It measures 45.96mm in length and weighs 3.34 grams. The bow is incomplete, the surviving section is broadly rectangular in plan before tapering to the foot. The top part of the bow is decorated with a central vertical rib flanked by two vertical grooves. Below is a further horizontal groove and a horizontal rib. An incomplete copper alloy Roman plate brooch of the continental type dating to c. AD 100 - 250. The majority of the pin, some of the decoration and possibly some of the catchplate are missing. An incomplete copper alloy Roman finger ring Henig type II dating to AD 43-200. The finger ring comprises of the bezel and the shoulders; the hoop and gem are missing. The hoop of the ring is sub-circular and widens towards the shoulders which are D shaped and the ring has a raised oval central panel. The shoulder measures 8.34mm wide, 1.49mm thick and 6.61mm in length then thickerns and narrows to 4.29mm wide and 2.52mm thick. The external measurements of the raised panel are 12.38mm x 9.85mm. The internal measurements of the raised panel are 9.41mm x 6.97mm. Weighs 3.32g.
