Roman copper alloy handle, 29mm long, 28mm in diameter and weighing 31.91grams. The object is circular in form and rectangular in cross section. It consists of a rectangular cross sectioned shaft, now 6x9mm, which sits on the back of a circular handle with a rectangular cross section. This has concave sides creating a slight collar at the base and a more tapering wider collar at the front/top (now damaged) . Roman copper alloy disc brooch, 20mm in diameter, 12mm thick (at dome) and weighing 5.36grams. The object is circular in form and rectangular in cross section with a central integral semi-circular projection. The brooch is decorated with a series of concentric borders, the outer, widest border is decorated with small stamped circles and a further two sections are formed of rounded raised collars, which may be decorated with a zig zag pattern? all of these areas have traces of gilding. Roman copper alloy bow brooch, 44mm long, 31mm wide and 11mm thick with a weight of 13.26grams. The brooch is largely intact, but is missing its spring and pin. It has circular cross sectioned, open wings which are decorated on the front with three incised lines each side. in the centre of the upper edge is a flat semi-circular projection, behind which is a damaged spring loop.
