A possible post medieval to modern copper alloy mount, possibly a furniture fitting, dating from c. AD 1700-1900.
The mount is a long sub rectangular shape. In the centre there is an impressed shield, this is worn and is unclear what is on the shield. Running below this on either side is a long bar with rounded teriminal ends These are rounded and D shaped towards the edges. On one side of the shield is a long necked projection, which looks possibly like a swan. On the other side there is a raised triangular projection. A complete copper alloy post medieval openwork mount or fitting dating to the c. 17th Century AD. There is a central circular hoop, projecting out from this are four tear shaped hoops, joined by a large circular hoop running around the whole of the fitting. It has a dark green patina, and measures 57.8mm by 60.6mm, 2.0mm in thickness and weighs 12.39g.
It is possibly part of a harness fitting or furniture mount, similar to SUR-3D8CAA,WILT-3FE41D and KENT-8BF1D1.

A complete post medieval copper alloy mount or belt fitting, dating to 1500-1700AD. The mount is sub oval in shape, with one edge slightly wider than the other, resembling the shape of a leaf. There is a rounded knop projecting at each of the narrower ends. Running diagonally across the mount projecting out from the centre of the wider end are incised lines, resembling the veins of a leaf. A fragment of a copper alloy mount, possibly from a furniture fitting, possibly dating from the post medieval period, c. AD 1700-1900.
The fragment is a long rectangular shape, and is slightly curved. at one end the mount expands into a wider pentagonal shape with a v shaped break at the end. This section has a raised solid border, with a pellet border inside. There is a row of raised crosses running down the centre, either side of this are two seperate rivets. A possible post medieval copper alloy mount, dating to c. AD 1550-1700. The mount is oval, with a long collared projection on one side. In the centre of the oval section is a circular seperate rivet. On the reverse the rivet extends into a wider heart shaped attachment section, to hold it in place. The mount has a dark green patina, the surface of the mount is worn. It measures 20.3mm in length, 10.3mm in maximum width, and weighs 2.98g.

A complete copper alloy post medieval mount with intergral pointed lugs, dating from c. 17th century AD. The mount is a flat symmetrical shape, with two oval sections joined by a central narrower raised bar. On the reverse at each edge is a lug, the points are worn. The mount has a mid green patina, with patches of orange brown. It measures 20.9mm in length, 6.2mm in width, and weighs 1.27g.

An almost complete possible medieval mount, dating from c. AD 1200-1400. The mount is rectangular shaped, with one end curved.The edges are slightly curved in. There is an inscribed 'n' with the background decorated with repeated impressed pellets. There are two circular perforations at the top, and three round the curved end, one is now missing. The reverse is undecorated. The mount has a dark green patina, and measures 55.4mm in length, 40.2mm in width, and weighs 9.50g.

An almost complete medieval to post medieval copper alloy mount with integral rivet dating to c. 15th to early 16th century AD. The mount is shield shaped with rounded corners, one of the top corners is missing. there is a wave pattern running from the top left down to the right side above the lower point of the shield. An incomplete post medieval copper alloy strap fitting or mount dating to the 17th century AD. The strap fitting is sub triangular in shape,with the wider edge rounded. There is no decoration on the face of the mount, there are traces of a white metal coating. On the reverse there are two integral lugs, these are both worn and broken, one still has a sharp terminal point. The mount has a light green brown patina, and measures 16.7mm in length, 11.05mm in width, and weighs 1.36g.

The fitting is shaped like an acorn, with grooves decorating the 'cup' in a cross hatch pattern. The cup is raised higher than the nut. At the base of the cup there is a stem, this projects straight out, before curving back in on itself. The nut is a triangular shape, and rounded at the tip.
