An incomplete cast copper-alloy composite disc brooch of Scandinavian attribution, dating c. AD 900-950. The brooch is a two-piece construction, consisting of an openwork domed decorative front plate attached to a solid backplate via a central circular-sectioned rivet. The front plate demonstrates decoration in the Jellinge style, of a thin and sinuous beast whose body weaves and intertwines into a broadly triangular shape, the hindleg gripping the foreleg. An incomplete early medieval (Anglo-Saxon) copper alloy cruciform brooch dating to the 6th century AD. The foot and the pin are missing. The head consists of a rectangular plate with knobs projecting on three sides and the bow projecting from the lower side. The plate is decorated with vertical incised lines near the edges of the sides and a pattern of three concentric incised circles around a central incised dot. The rolled-forward cylindrical wings, the rectangular head and part of the upper bow are preserved. An incomplete copper alloy Roman trumpet brooch dating to the 1st-2nd century AD (c. AD 75-175). The head, the upper bow and the spring are preserved. The head is broadly D-shaped in cross section and preserves the sping, both pierced lugs and the iron bar (corroded). The bow protrudes from the lower part of the head, is hump-like, triangular in cross section and flat on the reverse. On the front a vertical groove runs down the middle of the bow. On the upper edge of the bow head traces of an integral head loop are preserved. The head is not decorated.

A fragment of a copper alloy Roman bow brooch,possibly of the Hod Hill type, dating to the 1st century AD (c. AD 43-75). The lower part of the bow, the foot and the catch plate are preserved. The front, at the top, has three transverse broad parallel ridges with a recess below them. Three more transverse parallel (thinner) ridges are preserved below the recess and the bow becomes narrower closer to the foot. The catch plate is incomplete.
The fragment is 24.72mm, 7.80mm wide, 7.30mm thick and weighs 1.82g.

A globular foot knob is located at the terminal of the bow. The bow is D-shaped in cross-section and the catch plate is incomplete.

An incomplete copper alloy Roman trumpet-headed brooch dating to the 2nd century AD. A semi-circular panel, part of the bow, is preserved, broken on its top where the missing head of the brooch would be found. This panel, on the outer face is decorated with a central ring and dot and on either side of the annulet there is a small circular platform. The bow continues below the panel, and is narrowed, tapering to a broken edge. The overal length of the object is 19.85m (bow length: 10.83mm), the maximum width (panel) is 16.44mm, maximum thickness (bow) is 2.98mm and it weighs 2.08g.

The pin, the hinge and the upper bow are missing and the edges are damaged. The main bow is a flat, rectangular in plan and is decorated with a broad groove along each side (mostly damaged) with a narrow beaded rib along the inner edges that flank a row of four enamelled rectangular cells. A cast copper alloy Roman disc brooch with a flat and plain edge dating from c.80 AD to c.250 AD. The brooch is circular in plan and displays a six-pointed star or 'sunburst' pattern. The inside of the star is decorated with red enamel, while the outer field is decorated with black enamel. The surface of the brooch has been silvered or tinted. The reverse of the brooch is plain and undecorated but corroded and retains the lug for the spring. The spring remains as well as the pin which is bent.
