A post medieval copper alloy jetton of Louis XIV of France (AD 1643-1715), minted in Nuremberg by Conrad Lauffer AD c.1643-1668. The obverse depicts the king and the inscription reads LVD XIII D G FR ET NAV REX.The reverse depicts a shield containing three fleurs-de-lis, surmounted by a crown and the legend reads CONRAD LAVFFERS RECHEN PFENING.
A parallel of the jetton can be found in Mitchiner (1988: p.496) no. 1764a.

A post medieval copper alloy rose/orb type Nuremberg jetton issued by Hanns Krauwinckel II dating to c.1586-1635. The obverse depicts three crowns alternating with three lis around a central 6-petalled rose and bears the legend: HANNS KRAVWINCKEL IN NVR. The reverse depicts an imperial orb surmounted by a cross pattee within a double tressure and the legend reads: GOTES SEGEN MACHT REICH.
