A Silver sixpence of Elizabeth I (1558-1603). Obverse bust left with rose behind. ELIZABETH . D . G . ANG . FRA . HI . REGINA Reverse Long Cross Fourchee with date above (1566). POSVI/DEV.AD/IVTORE/M.MEV The coin is 25.2mm in diameter and weighs 2.8g. This I have classed as a find of note as there are few records for N2047 and North describes this class as extrememly rare.

A silver Grosso of Pope Innocent XI (1676-1689) The obverse has a bust of St Peter right with halo. ROMA below bust. The outer edge of the flan of the coin is pelleted. Inscription; SANCTVS PETRVS APOST. The reverse has shield dove above and flower head at each top corner. Above this is Papal crown with ribbons and keys of St. Peter either side. The outer flan is pelleted. Inscription; INNOC . XI . P.M. (Pont Max) The coin is 18.8mm in diameter and weighs 1.5g.

A copper-alloy ovoid shaped button. Probably dating to the post-medieval period 1600-1750. The face of the button has a raised edge and evidence of a design within the centre. The rear of the button still has the loop attached although the hole has corroded over. The button is 25.9mm long, 20.6mm wide and weighs 7.35g.

A silver button or cufflink element dating to the first half of the 18th century. It is flat and octagonal, with an incised line around the edge curving inward from point to point. In the centre is an incised rose with four petals. The rear of the button is hollow and still retains the fastening loop. It is 14.5mm in diameter measured across flats and weighs 1.02g.

A fragment of a copper-alloy Post Medieval buckle dating between 1600-1700. Only half of the buckle remains and is broken at the strap bar. There is an ovoid knop on the external corner of the frame and a bfid knop on the outer edge of each loop and at either end of the strap bar. There is no decoration on the buckle except for an incised line on the outer edge of the loop. The buckle is 21.5mm wide at the widest point, 19.2mm long and 2.0mm thick. It weighs 2.84g and has a dark green patina.

An incomplete copper-alloy spoon terminal fragment dating to the Post-Medieval period (AD1650-1700). The fragment is circular in section comprising a discoid terminal at the base. Two bulbous mouldings above this, the lower one being larger. Towards the top of the fragment is a cone shaped moulding and above this is a break which appears to be contemporary with the date of the loss. The fragment is 12.8mm in diameter at the base, 35.00mm high and weighs 8.4g. It has a light green patina. A similar item can be found at NARC-6FA584.

A copper-alloy mount or buckle plate dating to the early Post-Medieval period. The plate is sub-triangular in shape with two complete rivet holes on either side and a broken rivet hole on the apex. The wide end of the plate has a broken fitting that could have been part of a buckle or a swivel. The decoration is worn. A complete copper-alloy token dating to 1664. The token was issued by Joseph Gleson of Dedham, Essex. The obverse has a horse passant in the centre with the inscription; JOSEPH GLESON around the flan. The reverse has the conjoined initials IG in the centre and OF DEDHAM 1664 around the flan. The token is in a relatively poor condition and has a light green patina. It is 16.3mm in diameter and weighs 1.4g.

A post-Medieval copper-alloy religious pendant dating circa 1550 to 1650. The pendant is oval in shape with a suspension loop at the top. There is a raised border around both sides of the pendant. On each side is a spherical knop and there is another at the bottom. One side of the pendant shows Christ on the cross with two standing figures beneath and one kneeling. Each of the figures appears to have a halo. The other side of the pendant shows a figure kneeling and looking at the sky.
